Walmart is offering a massive 38% discount on the MSI Codex Z2C gaming system, bringing the price down to $999 with $600 in savings. This prebuilt machine is designed to run modern games at 1080p resolution while supporting higher resolutions if image quality settings are adjusted. Unlike some other prebuilt computers, this unit uses standard hardware components, allowing users to perform future upgrades.

The system features an octa-core Ryzen 7 8700F processor with a boost clock up to 5 GHz and a GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB graphics card. It also includes 16GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The Pro B840-VC WiFi motherboard provides four DDR5 memory slots and two PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 slots, offering significant room for expansion.

Walmart reports that customers have purchased over 500 units since yesterday alone, indicating strong demand for this sub-$1,000 gaming powerhouse. The rapid inventory movement suggests that buyers should act quickly to secure the deal.
