Rising component costs have led major console makers to increase prices, but Amazon U.K. has offered a significant exception by reducing the Nintendo Switch 2 price by 15%. This brings the retail cost down to an all-time low of £354.99. Other retailers in the U.K., including Argos, John Lewis, and Smyths Toys, have also adjusted their prices to match this level.

The console originally launched in the U.K. at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of £395.99. Recently, Nintendo raised this MSRP to £419.99 due to shortages in memory and storage components. The current offer represents savings of up to 10% off the original launch price and up to 15% off the newly adjusted MSRP.

This pricing allows buyers access to a large library of games, including upcoming titles like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, and Metroid Ravenous. While Nintendo rarely offers direct discounts on its consoles, this record-low price makes the Switch 2 an attractive option for those seeking a new handheld gaming device.
