There is no valid reason that this effort by the direct victim to recover its massive economic losses from that boycott should not move forward.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>X&#8217;s lawsuit was <a href=\"https:\/\/arstechnica.com\/tech-policy\/2026\/03\/elon-musk-loses-big-in-court-x-boycott-perfectly-legal\/\">thrown out<\/a> in March when US District Judge Jane Boyle in the Northern District of Texas <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.arstechnica.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/X-Corp-v-World-Federation-of-Advertisers-Opinion-3-26-26.pdf\">ruled<\/a> that advertisers did not commit any antitrust violation.
