With <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/googlehealth\/thread\/456993110\/google-health-app-5-05-update-aug-2026?hl=en&amp;sjid=16475292456401496302-NA\">Google Health&#8217;s 5.05 update<\/a>, you can now tap your profile icon, select &#8220;Partner apps,&#8221; and choose Apple Health to link your data directly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously, you could only import your Apple Health data into Google Health, but not the other way around.
